The Story Behind Quiver Collective
The arrow became a symbol long before it became a logo.
During one of life’s most difficult seasons, Kellie was reminded an arrow must be drawn back before it can move forward.
After leading the fundraising efforts to build a cancer center in her hometown, Kellie returned just ten months after it opened—not as a fundraiser, but as a patient facing triple-negative breast cancer.
She then realized that no single experience defines us.
-
Not success.
-
Not failure.
-
Not loss.
-
Not even a journey through cancer.
Every experience can become an arrow—carrying wisdom, perspective, resilience, and strength into whatever comes next.
Some arrows come from seasons of joy.
Others come from seasons we would never choose.
Together, they create the quiver we carry forward.
Kellie works to help her audiences use what they have lived through to navigate change, lead with perspective and move forward intentionally.
That is the belief behind Quiver Collective.

“Kellie’s presentation helped our student athletes understand the power of perseverance, resilience, and maintaining a positive mindset when facing adversity.
What stood out most was her authenticity and vulnerability. By sharing her personal journey through cancer, she connected with students on a deep level and delivered a message that was both powerful and impactful.
I highly recommend Kellie because she brings a unique combination of inspiration, credibility, and real-life experience.”

“Kellie gave a fantastic, high-energy presentation to our regional representatives on the power of sales preparation.
Long after the presentation, representatives continued discussing concepts such as the ‘suit of armor,’ strategies for handling rejection, meaningful follow-up after a ‘no,’ and practical approaches to strengthening donor and customer relationships.
I highly recommend Kellie for her expertise, energy, and ability to make professional development both fun and impactful.”
